Chaga mushrooms is harvested in latvian birch forests. Our team can collect approx 200kg big quantity per week. After harvesting we cut it in chunks and dry in wind tunnel. Moisture is about 2% - 5% max. We always offer sample order (500g) what is for free for our new clients.
