The lead acid battery crushing and separation system is a new environment-friendly waste Battery recycling recycling system independently developed by our senior technicians and after years of discussion, research, introduction, digestion and absorption. The main characteristics of this system are high production efficiency, high degree of automation, high recovery and utilization rate of lead and other substances, low labor intensity, zero emissions and no pollution. This equipment can adapt to the crushing of various waste lead-acid batteries and can process 50000 to 180000 tons annually.

Acid batteries have its self-life ranging from 3 years to five years and after competition of its life; it gets converted into lead acid battery scrap. It is categorized as hazardous scrap and very limited scope for Trans boundary movement. There are certain set of guidelines to be complied in order to regularize the collection and processing of such hazardous scrap. The recycling process of lead acid battery needs to be environmentally sound processing technology. More than 70% lead produced globally is used for manufacturing of Lead Acid Batteries.

In normal process all lead acid consumers are supposed to return used batteries to authorized collection agency and these collection agencies are transport it to the authorized recyclers for reprocessing.
