In the manufacture of Portland cement, clinker occurs as lumps or nodules, usually 3 millimetres (0.12 in) to 25 millimetres (0.98 in) in diameter, produced by sintering (fused together without melting to the point of liquefaction) limestone and aluminosilicate materials such as clay during the cement kiln stage.

Our Vista Catasoft is a special cement additive that is synthesized our laboratories to assist cement industry in rising mill output, improving efficiency of grinding, decreasing electricity cost and reducing pack or silo set. Vista Catasoft is basically an organic complex amine salt ethoxylated in presence of cement strength improving chemicals and flow enhancers through â??SOL GELâ?� technology â?? FIRST of its kind in cement chemicals. The molecule of our Vista Catasoft contains cationic (positive) as well as negative charges in the form of anion in balanced proportion to reduce the surface energy force causing cohesion of freshly fractured cement particles due to vanderwall force.

Application of VISTA CATASOFT C - 88:



Laboratory mill evaluations of clinker and other additions viz fly ash, granulated BF or steel slag. Gypsum, limestone etc are recommended to determine initial blend proportion, grinding efficiency, mortar flow, pack set index and compressive strength of cements at varying dosage to work out the most economic dose level.


Cement mill trials should follow to finalize continuous use of this additive.


Dosing equipment:



VISTA CATASOFT C - 88 should be accurately proportioned through a calibrated dosing system at the first compartment of the mill whether open or closed circuit. Vistaâ??s technical service wing is ready to assist the customer


Addition rates:



Typical dosage rate may vary from 0.05% - 0.06% by weight of cements including Portland, Portland â?? pozzolana or Portland â?? slag cements as the case may be.


Storage:



Protect from freezing during cold climate. Once frozen it should be thawed out slowly and remixed thoroughly prior to use.

Available in 250 Kg. Pack & 1000 Kg HDPE container.

Best before 1 year in packed condition.
