Coconut shell powder is made from mature coconut shells and is used in a variety of applications. It is used as a phenolic extruder in the plywood and laminated board industry as well as a filler in synthetic resin glues. Compared to other materials on the market, such as bark powder, furfur, and
peanut shell powder, coconut shell powder is preferred due to its better water absorption and resistance to fungal attack properties. The product is manufactured in sizes ranging from 60 to 200 mesh.
