To manufacture discs we use en 45 i.E equivalent to sae 1070 grade material. We maintain hardness of the discs from 38 to 42 hrc. We manufacture discs with centre hole square, round, hex , octave or as per the drawing and specification of the buyers.

Flap wheel is a versatile, high performing abrasive tool designed for grinding, deburing, cleaning and polishing of small diameter, tubing, concave and convex surfaces, small openings, channels and recessed areas on a variety of surfaces.
Flap wheels are made out of coated abrasive flap. These flaps are reinforced at the center with a strong, flexible resilient adhesive.
The salient feature of the flap wheel is that it is non-loading and non dulling because of the unique nature of flaps wearing away evenly in use. These provide consistent finish in uniform rate of cut.
Flap wheels are available in a variety of sizes, and are made from resin bonded aluminium oxide cloth.
The radial range caters to injuries in the crown, shoulder or the sidewall area, for all tyres on passenger vehicles, LCVs, trucks, buses, agricultural vehicles and earthmovers.
A special compounding and design, allows the repair unit to flex and resist heat, thereby assuring a permanent repair. Hence, while using the radial repair, there is no need to apply the repair from non flex to non flex area.
Note: All radial repair units must be used in conjunction with the proper injury filler material. Do not install radial repair units over open injuries.
GBP Premium tyre repairs can be used on tubeless or tube-type tyres. They offer excellent flexibility, greater strength, superior construction and have been proven safe and dependable by millions of on-the-road miles. All bias repairs are manufactured with a ply of rubber between the fabric and cushion gum which acts as a float or shock absorbing ply. Repair unit construction allows for easy application and enable repairs to be made closer to the tyre bead, eliminating the need for a separate sidewall repair unit. These repairs are also designed to have excellent air retention when used in tubeless tyres.
