Elemi is the gum resin secreted by the majestic Canarium luzonicum tree, a member of the same botanical family as frankincense and myrrh. This tree is found mainly in tropical forests in the Philippines, where it grows wild. It is also known as Manila elemi.
About our company:
In 1989 Real International Exports came into being with the main purpose of helping the farmers in the Quezon and Bicol provinces augment their income. They were mainly living from their income from coconut and palay produce. During that time the price of coconut products particularly copra -desicated coconut was too low. We established Real International Exports mainly for the production of Manila Gum Elemi.
We were able to help the farmers increase their income. Real International Exports gain momentum in the production of Manila Gum Elemi and were able to ship all the requirements of the buyers from 1989 onwards.
In our eagerness to emphasize the exportation of Manila Gum Elemi we decided to change our name to R. Cielo Real Elemi International Exports in July of 2011 with the same vigor and commitment to support our farmers in their income and meet the requirements of our buyers. Elemi is our middle name!
Over the years, we are able to maintain our quality and reliability of supply thereby meeting the needs of our clients.
Today, R. Cielo Real Elemi International Exports maintains our standing as the biggest exporter of Manila Gum Elemi in terms of volume and we continue to maintain our status and do our best to improve our production depending on the requirements of our clients around the world.

Can yield solutions up to 55% concentration. Gum Arabic is truly soluble in cold water. Other gums are either insoluble in cold water or form colloidal suspensions, solutions not true.
*VISCOSITY
A 20% aqueous solution will give less than 100 cps, i.e. Gum Arabic is not very viscous at such concentrations. High viscosity is obtained only at concentrations of 40% - 50%
*FILM-FORMING
Gum Arabic's superb film-forming properties make it ideal for some confectionery coatings and lithographic plate solutions.
*EMULSIFIER
Gum Arabic produces highly stable emulsions making it very useful in the preparation of oil-in-water food flavour emulsions, particularly for citrus oils.
*COLOR
Colorless (top quality) to pale straw color (average quality).
*TASTE
Gum Arabic has no off-taste. The taste of flavouring products co-spray dried with Gum Arabic is not affected or dulled by Gum Arabic as the carrier.

*CALORIC VALUE
Officially recognized in the U.S.A. as being under 1 Kcal per gram.

Tufflex polyurethane screens come in fully welded, partially welded and rectangular welded variations. The brightly coloured material is lightweight and smooth, which makes it much easier to handle when delivering, storing, installing or removing.
Screening innovation in the past has been limited to tweaks and modifications, slightly different apertures or better hooking. The introduction of Tufflex screens a few years ago was akin to the introduction of smartphones versus traditional mobile phones. We never really knew we needed a phone with a camera, a GPS and in-built games, but now its hard to imagine life without one.
Just as smartphones cover off the traditional functionality of making phone calls, Tufflex is used for screening product in the quarry market. It offers improved screening efficiency, substantially increased wear life, increased production uptime and occupational health and safety (OHS) benefits due to its light weight and flexibility.
While there are a set range of apertures (1.5mm to 45mm square) to choose from, the Tufflex process has great flexibility in manufacturing unique aperture combinations to rope diameters and aperture slot lengths. For example, in some quarry plants in Japan, a 14 aperture screen is used as the bottom deck for their No. 5 spec (20mm to 13mm) or the top deck for the No. 6 spec. The Tufflex specification is an 8mm rope on top and a 6mm rope from hook to hook, a combination not available in traditional woven wire.
Long-slotted apertures, ie 8 x 340mm, are used in some side-tensioned equipment where flexibility of the screening surface is needed. This type of aperture, while possible to weave in wire, would not have the mechanical stability for a vibrating application, whereas Tufflex screens were developed with this in mind. These larger configurations can also be used as an alternative to harp/piano screens.
