JET A1 It is a high energy fuel. Functions: It is a fuel whose freezing point (-47 C) guarantees that at the altitudes at which the aircraft flies the fuel remains in a liquid state. It contains additives among which we can mention: antioxidant additive, and antistatic additive.
1. Buyer issued ICPO containing the seller's working procedure and banking details along with buyer's Nominated TSA, company registration certificate and data page of buyer's Passport.
2. Seller issues commercial invoice (C.I.), buyer signs and returns commercial invoice along with an acceptance letter.
3. Seller sign back the commercial invoice alongside Irrevocable Statement of availability of product, copy of Product passport Analysis, a copy of fresh SGS Report to be issued to buyerâ??s Tank Farm operator only to verify SGS Report with confidential and non-disclosure letter.
4. Upon confirmation of SGS Report by Buyer's Tank Farm Company, Seller request to leases and pays the buyer's tank for 2 days and Buyer pays his Tank Farm Company for 3 days after Tank Farm Company confirms the payment from Seller. A total (5) days operational TSR will be issued on seller/buyers name for a minimum of XXXX to XXXX GALS/BBLS/MT.
5. Seller issues following POP documents to buyer:
-Fresh Update SGS Report bearing the buyers company name.
-Product Certificate of Origin, updated on behalf of current buyer.
-Export and approval License for the product on sale.
-Unconditional Dip test authorization (UDTA) on behalf of buyers Inspection Company
-Authorization to sell and Collect, ATSC.
-Product Allocation Certificate prepared on behalf of the buyer.
6. Buyer and his testing teams conduct a Dip test on the product and injection commence from sellerâ??s tank to buyer's tank.
7. Upon completion of injection, seller issues full Injection report to buyer and buyer makes reconfirms product quantity in their tanks if need be and issue 100% payment via MT103 for the total value of product injected into the tanks.
8. Seller pays all intermediaries involved in the transaction and subsequently monthly shipments continue as per terms and conditions of the sales and purchase agreement contract between buyer and seller.
9. The subsequent delivery shall commence according to the terms and conditions of the contract.

9.1 Seller issues draft contract and draft Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order (ICPO), open for amendments, to Buyer for procedure verification and acceptance.
9.2 Seller signs and seals the Sales Purchase Agreement (SPA) the â??Contractâ?� and emails to the buyer for signature and endorsement.
9.3 Buyer countersigns the contract and dispatches a copy to the Seller with ICPO. Buyer shall return copy of the signed Contract Agreement with Buyerâ??s Port of Discharge (POD)/NOR draft.
9.4 Seller loads vessel and sends to buyer full soft copies of cargo documents in buyerâ??s/ seller's name. Sellerâ??s loaded vessel shall issue a Marine Notice of Readiness (NOR) to the buyerâ??s port of discharge.
9.5 On receipt of NOR from Sellerâ??s loaded vessel, Buyerâ??s bank will issue ICPO to the Sellerâ??s bank.
9.6 On receipt and confirmation of ICPO at Sellerâ??s bank, Sellerâ??s loaded vessel shall sail to buyer's POD. Upon arrival of the vessel to buyerâ??s discharge port, Buyer shall be responsible for clearance of vessel to POD, and within 24-36 hours, Sellerâ??s vessel issues ATB (Authority to Board) to buyerâ??s inspectors to board the vessel to conduct Q&Q at buyerâ??s expense. Q&Q inspection and report must be based on the established procedures of the port of discharge.
9.7 Upon a successful Q&Q, Buyerâ??s inspectors release inspection report with copies to the seller.
9.8 Seller issues commercial invoice to buyer. The invoice shall be based on the Q&Q certificate. Seller also issues hard copy of documents to buyer. Documents (total original and Copies) will be sent to the buyer directly, or appointed bank by buyer for the payment.
9.9 Within 3 days from the date of the Q&Q Certificate, buyer pays to Sellerâ??s and agentâ??s account for the cargo via MT103). Vessel discharge to buyerâ??s tank.
9.10 Steps 9.4 to 9.9 is repeated for the next shipment.
