* Our honeys come from Spain and Portugal, in particular from Bierzo, a mountainous region in the northwest of Spain, in the autonomous Community of Castilla y Lean. There, you can enjoy a mild Mediterranean microclimate, the result of the combination of the Atlantic and continental Mediterranean climates, which enables excellent fruit and vegetable production.
* We have numerous varieties, such as chestnut, forest, heather, lemon, eucalyptus, thyme, lavender honey, etc ... Do not hesitate to ask us about availabilities!
* The chestnutree is particularly abundant in the northeast of Spain, in particular in the provinces of Lugo, Ourense and the region of Bierzo (Len).
* It is from this area that we get this exquisite product. Especially the one collected in the Valley of Selmo, Medulas, Ancares and Cabrera; next to Ponferrada (Lean).
* This species requires a mild climate and adequate humidity for its growth and the production of chestnuts.
* In November, these colossal trees deposit their precious fruits, for the pleasure of forest animals, and so that humans do not miss the opportunity to harvest chestnuts
