Industrial Crane Konecranes CTX 10 t, Dual Bridge with 33.6 m span

The crane was manufactured by Konecranes Oyj in 2001 and the operation was stopped in year 2006. The equipment was regularly serviced by the manufacturer and is thus in excellent operating condition. The crane is still installed in its original place and can be tested on any time. The double bridge is welded housing construction equipped with one double speed wire hoists and a motorized rail equipment on both ends. The crane has both the local wire connected control unit as well as the wireless remote controller. On the bridge there is a service platform and the local LV û and control cabinet. Compressor single stage, standard speed oil-injected rotary screw compressor with manufactured by German company Drucklufttechnik GmbH in year 2002. The complete unit consists of intermediate pressure vessel and Ultratroc - air dryer all delivered same time as the compressor. The unit is controlled by modern DELCOS 3000 control unit. The total unit has 30320 operating hours, the unit has been regularly serviced by a compressor service company and is in good operational condition. ating line is delivered by Finnish Elmont Oy and it consist of 59 separate dipping tanks, 6 material handling cranes and related process and automation equipment. We have the dipping tanks and material handling cranes in our store for sale. Dipping tank materials are AISI 316, SS, PP, HST and PP. All tanks are 2200 mm long and 1250 mm height, widths varies from 450 to 1740 mm, volumes from 1213 to 4016 liters. All tanks are in good condition.

The cranes are designed for those tanks and we have 6 pcs of them. Cranes have 0.25 kW gear motors and control panels. Structure is made of steel and they are in good condition.

ELMO-G Blower - Vacuum pump 1000 m3/h

The blowers are made by German ELMO Vacuum Technology GmbH, a Siemens company in year 2002 and they are single stage, gas ring type. The vacuum pumps are in good operational condition. We have three identical pump units and originally the pumps were in dust suction operation and therefore the delivery includes 3 pcs high efficiency cyclone type dust filter with electric discharge vibrators. Motor speed is controlled with individual inverters. Units can be sold separately.

ELMO-G vacuum pumps can be used for suction operation or as compressors in pneumatic transportation system. They have side-channel principle using gas ring as a sealing and the gas flows through the compressor along a helical trajectory and is repeatedly accelerated and thereby repeatedly compressed according to the required operating point. There are two identical sets of oil-free, 2 lobe rotary blowers, made by Germand Kaeser Kompressoren GmbH in year 2005 with accessories. Manufactures type is Kaeser ED 420 Compact Omega Pluss 53 and accessories include a control cabinet with two inverters and programmable Kaeser Start Control STC 30 unit, totally 6 preliminary intake air filters and 3 final air intake filters with their steel supports. The rotary blower units have removable sound enclose for noise insulation. Operation of the equipment was stopped in year 2007, total running hours approx 7000 and therefore they are in excellent operational condition. This equipment is suitable for demanding dust collection and pneumatic transportation of various products due to oil free operation. For pneumatic transport application some changes in filters and other parts are needed.
The rotary lobe has two blower shafts with high efficiency Omega profile in a blower block. The rotary lobe and the block have a very small distance and they are not touching each other's and therefore there is no need for lubrication oil. The rotors are driven by high efficiency electric motor via belt connection and they both are installed on the same base frame. . The inlet and discharge silencers are designed to be effective at all frequencies and are eminently suited to variable speed . Higher rotational blower speeds produce high volumetric efficiencies, which in turn lower discharge temperatures and power consumption. We have totally 3 identical units which were dismantled in 2007 and all of them are in very good operational condition. These are single deck circular screen design for high velocity scalping, de-watering or single deck separation in chemical and pharmaceutical industry. (These units were screening oversized particles in PVC - granulate factory truck loading station) The perforated screen and all product touching parts are made on stainless steel AISI 304L. Top deck houses the screen and the discharge spout for oversize particle removal is fitted to it. Top deck is supported with mechanical spring and vibration movement is created by two contra rotating vibrating motors on the outside of the unit so there are no internal working parts. Vibration power can be adjusted.

Good condition filtration press made ny German MSE Filterpress GmbH in year 1997. The press has 33 plates of size 630 x 630 mm, cace thickness 25 mm. Includes own hydraulic system and control cabinet.
