The recovery plant is specially designed to recover CO2 from fermentation processes at breweries. This complete CO2 plant was installed in 2001 and it has nominal CO2 removal capacity of 1000 kg/h. The plant has Siemens S 7 control system where operation is carried our via a large 12 " color screen panel with Windows CE operating system. This is a complete CO2 recovery plant and final delivery scope depends on buyers needs. The plant has been in operation only approx 5 years and is still installed and in very good condition. The carbon dioxide plants was designed by Danish Union Engineering (www.union.dk ) and the delivery includes following main components:

- 1 Scrubber for gas flushing
- 2 Foam catcher vessels
- CO2 collection, inflammable
- 2 Mehrer TZW 70 CO2 compressors
- 2 Carbon filters
- 2 Dehydrators
- CO2 Liquefier
- CO2 Storage Tank
- 2 Cooling compressors GEA Grasso GD-3 for R717
- Air cooled condenser for NH2 compressors
- Alarm center for CO2 and NH3 concentration
- Station for 40 kg CO2 still tank filling
- CO2 pumping station from a truck to the factory
- CO2 purification tester
- Steam heated evaporator for liquid CO2

Rotary Lube Blower / Vacuum compressor KAESER EB 420 C û 38 m3/min, 53 kPa

There are two identical sets of oil-free, 2 lobe rotary blowers, made by Germand Kaeser Kompressoren GmbH in year 2005 with accessories. Manufactures type is Kaeser ED 420 Compact Omega Pluss 53 and accessories include a control cabinet with two inverters and programmable Kaeser Start Control STC 30 unit, totally 6 preliminary intake air filters and 3 final air intake filters with their steel supports. The rotary blower units have removable sound enclose for noise insulation. Operation of the equipment was stopped in year 2007, total running hours approx 7000 and therefore they are in excellent operational condition. In addition, we can offer you service maintenance by the manufacturer at separate cost.

This equipment is suitable for demanding dust collection and pneumatic transportation of various products due to oil free operation. For pneumatic transport application some changes in filters and other parts are needed.
The rotary lobe has two blower shafts with high efficiency Omega profile in a blower block. The rotary lobe and the block have a very small distance and they are not touching each other's and therefore there is no need for lubrication oil. The rotors are driven by high efficiency electric motor via belt connection and they both are installed on the same base frame. . The inlet and discharge silencers are designed to be effective at all frequencies and are eminently suited to variable speed . Higher rotational blower speeds produce high volumetric efficiencies, which in turn lower discharge temperatures and power consumption. The Compact Range ensures that all serviceable items are accessed from the front panels of enclosures.
The preliminary intake air filters are combination of cyclone and bag filter and it removes most of the dust from inlet air. Fine filter is a combination of cyclone and 138 ceramic fine filters which removes fine dust very effectively.

Hollow Core Slab Supports steel parts manufactured by R-Steel R Group Finland Oy under European quality standards.

ROK Slab Supports
Designed for support of HCS slab end at holes in HCS slab structure. The R-STEEL® ROK is a great technical solution to support hollow-core slabs(HCS) and make openings into hollow-core slab floors. ROK consists of an L-shaped steel front plate welded together with side plates. It transfers HCS slab end support reaction to adjacent HCS slabs or walls in both installations of HCS slabs and in the nal situation.
ROK support (together with seam grout) acts as support structure until fire resistance class R 60 without separate fire protection.
Available in several standard models with the maximum width of opening up to 240 cm.

RLK and RLKP Slab Supports
Steel parts designed for support of precast massive concrete slabs. R-STEEL® RLK and RLKP slab support transfers the slab support reaction to supporting walls or other structures.

RLK slab support consists of two square structural hollow section steel tubes that are installed one inside another and ribbed steel bond bars, which are welded to the outer tube.

RLKP slab support consists of two square structural hollow section steel tubes that are installed one inside another and studded steel bars, which are welded to the outer tube.

Structural hollow section steel tube with the larger section dimensions is installed to
the concrete slab before concrete is cast. The end of the steel tube closer to slab edge is pressed against the mold and the other ends is closed with a welded steel plate, which prevents concrete from entering the steel tube during casting. During the installation of the precast slab the smaller tube is inserted in to the larger tube. Smaller tube is left protruding from the slab for approximately 95mm and acts as a cantilever support.
