Description:
The MS5534C is a SMD-hybrid device including a piezoresistive pressure sensor and an ADC-Interface IC. It provides a 16-bit data word from a pressure and temperature dependent voltage. Additionally the module contains 6 readable coefficients for a highly accurate software calibration of the sensor. MS5534C is a low power, low voltage device with automatic power down (ON/OFF) switching. A 3-wire interface is used for all communications with a microcontroller.
The MS5534C is fully software compatible to the previous versions (MS5534A and MS5534B). Compared to the previous versions, the ESD sensitivity level has been improved to 4kV on all pins.

Description:
The MS1451 is a piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor packaged in a surface mount configuration. It is intended for high volume applications where small size, light weight, low cost, and compatibility with automated assembly equipment are required.
The pressure sensor is available with a gage or absolute pressure sensing chip that is attached to a surface mountable ceramic substrate. A cap is attached to the ceramic substrate, protecting the chip and providing the pressure port.
The devices are shipped in plastic anti-static shipping tubes for use with automated production equipment. Caps are also available with a narrow hole or a large hole to interface with the pressure media.

Limiting current type sensor oxygen sensors
When voltage is applied to a zirconia electrolyte cell, oxygen is pumped through the zirconia disc from the cathode side to the anode side because the carriers of the current flowing through the zirconia electrolyte are oxygen ions. By attaching a cap with a pinhole on the cathode side of the cell and by increasing the voltage over the cell the current shows saturation due to the rate limiting step in the transfer of oxygen to the cathode. This saturation current is called limiting current and is nearly proportional to the ambient oxygen concentration.

Tgs4161 is a new solid electrolyte co2 sensor which offers miniaturization and low power consumption. A range of 350~10, 000ppm of carbon dioxide can be detected by tgs4161, making it ideal for indoor air control applications.
The co2 sensitive element consists of a solid electrolyte formed between two electrodes, together with a printed heater (ruo2 ) substrate. By monitoring the change in electromotive force (emf) generated between the two electrodes, it is possible to measure co2 gas concentration.
