Portland cement is used for ordinary purposes, as it is suitable for all uses that do not require certain properties, such as those available in other types, and it can be used in ordinary and reinforced concrete that is not exposed to certain effects such as sulfate salts found in soil and water, and it is a well-known and famous product around the world. This product is mainly made from grinding clinker and gypsum in compliance with Egyptian standards ES 4756-1/2013 and European EN 197-1/2011.
