We are involved in production of shunt Reactor. It is used in Large Reactor Transformers. We offer shunt reactor in built form / full column as per Customer Specification. We are using unique technology of Edge Chamfering. We can supply cakes with OR without edge chamfer as per customers requirement. Edge Chamfer reduces vibration, noise and in turn improves performance of shunt reactor.

Unique and state of the art edge chamfering technology.
Shunt reactors are produced upto 2500 mm height in single column.
Columns above 2500 mm height will be supplied in 2 parts.
Max. Column Diameter 1200 mm
We use ceramic spacers to maintain air gap.
Steatite and high Alumina ceramics are used.
We make cores up to 400 MVAR 1200 kV class.
