The milk processing line is a turnkey project, provided by Shanghai Nancheng Machinery. Co., Ltd.which can produce several types of market milk products, i.e. whole milk, skimmed milk and standardized milk of various fat contents,pasteurized milk,UHT milk
This milk production line raw milk can be fresh milk or milk powder the procedure method can be pasteurization or HTST pasteurizer or UHT processing.
Finished product package of this milk production line can be plastic pouches, plastic cups, plastic bottles, glass bottles, roof top box,pre-pak pouches, etc. for this dairy production line according to different end product and package type, the production technology is differently designed.
The tank made in our company in liquid food transferring car is fit to use in long distance transfer of liquid food such as milk.
The body adopts high quality su304-2b stainless steel, the jacket adopts heat insulation construction and new bubbling craft, the turning angle in the wall of tank adopts circular arc without dead angle, and cleaning spraying tip is fixed in side, which enables easy cleaning.

Our Mik Cooling Tank with compressor and evaporator could cool down the fresh milk by direct expansion, the refrigeration compressor adopting USA COPLAND.
With the direct expansion technique, the milk cooled by direct contact with the evaporator. The economic construction in horizontal version with efficient evaporator ensures quick and trouble-free cooling and space saving installation. Thanks to the free evaporation and proper mixing of the milk, the heat exchange is optimal, a high cooling capacity is guaranteed and freezing is prevented, even for small amounts of milk.

All tanks are made of high quality stainless steel AISI304. The insulation is compact polyurethane foam. The surface finish of the parts in contact with the milk is perfectly smooth; there are no bacteria traps. The tank can be very easily and thoroughly cleaned.
