Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) is silicone rubber made from a liquid compound. This liquid compound mainly consists of silicone polymer and fumed silica, which are well known for being non-toxic and temperature resistant.

A long chain silicone gum with controlled vinyl level is combined with fumed, precipitated silica as reinforcing filler along with various other materials and additives to create special properties.
Once you cure the compounds at high temperature (100~200 ºC) after mixing with catalysts it becomes HTV silicone rubber.
The molding process can be compression, extrusion, etc.
