The main difference is the manufacturing process. Cast nylon products are manufactured by a series of chemical reaction process. This allows products with extremely large dimensions and custom cast parts to be manufactured. Cast nylon owns better size stability and less water absorption. The crystallinity is greater so that wear resistance and machinability are better. Extruded absorbs more moisture and is thus tougher and has higher impact and vibration damping properties.

ABS is combination of three different materials acrylonitrile, butadiene, and styrene, each giving its own set of useful properties. It has an excellent combination of toughness and rigidity. Acrylonitrile provides a good chemical corrosion resistance and surface hardness. And butadiene provides a good toughness and impact resistance. Steps of using :
1. Use inkjet printer to print the picture on the printing side of ¡°Inkjet Printing PVC Sheets¡±

Steps to make instant PVC double side card using material:
1,Use inkjet printer to print the image on the surface of printing sheet ,Be sure use mirror image printing mode and wait until the ink dried (about 5-10minutes)
2,Remove the protection film on two surface of core,and turn over the printing sheet(the side with image is inward) ,and put the printing sheet and adhesive base together ,go through thepouch laminator ,the temperature is around:120C-160C
3. Cut the laminated sheet into standard card, remove the protection film from the surface of the card.
