Hair scissors
We chose the #440c and #420c stainless steel to make scissors. After high-heated vacuum treatment, the tenacity of the steel can be increased and one of the stainless steel (#440c) may reach hrc code58-61 and the other (#420c) is also can reach hrc code50o.
