Product Introduction
In order to meet the needs of our national PV power generation, our company developed two series of PV power generation transformers on the base of wind power generation combination transformers.
1, ZG(F)SF11-Z.G-â?¡/35 series three-phase split type off-circuit voltage-change PV power combination transformer
The structure of this series of products is same as that of wind power generation transformers, except that L.V. side winding, outlet method and electrical equipments adopt special structures. L.V side is equipped with double-split winding and two outlets which can be connected with two PV generators at the same time, meanwhile, equipped with essential protective electric elements. This series of products are with characteristics of good electrical performance, small size, light weight, reliable operation, easy to install, high cost-effective, etc.
Features of productsâ?? structure
a, design thought: adoptsâ?� two generators, one transformerâ?� program, means two PV generators combines with one transformer. L.V side is equipped with double-split winding ,two outlets and L.V electric system which can be connected with two PV generators at the same time.
b, users can rise one transformerâ??s output capacity under the capacity of same generators, which can save usersâ?? investment and operational cost.
c, materials of transformersâ?? casings can be chosen according to different environmental requirements: conventional composite panels, stainless steel composite panels, non-metallic fiberglass cement, etc.
d, casing material has a good level of protection and corrosion resistance, which can effectively prevent wind, rain, snow and salt erosion
e, H.V. electrical equipments have five protection functions: H.V. fuse of substations and overload switchgear carry out interactive protection, prevent transformers working under the condition of lacking phase; H.V use three-position load switch that can be checked and repaired safely under the state of grounding; H.V overload switch and grid door of transformer chamber adopt â?? electric locking, realize the protection function of automatic power-off when mistakenly open the grid door.
f, transformer chamber adopts natural ventilation and automatic controlling forced cooling exhaust devices, has a exhaust system which can be controlled automatically with temperature change, can effectively control and low chamberâ??s temperature, meet the need of full overload operation.
g, low voltage equips with 690V main circuit breakers, over-voltage protection equipments , and we can design complete automatic measurement and intelligent control systems.

MNS type low voltage draw-out switch cabinet ( hereinafter called switch cabinet) is designed and developed by ourselves, combining with the status of domestic low voltage switchgear. It belongs to new generation of drawer type switch cabinet. Novel structure, compact and reasonable layout, advanced and reasonable component modeling, meet the needs of electric system with AC50-60HZ, 4000A rated current and 660V rated voltage or less, as a controlling equipment of power generation, transport, distribution and change. Thus, switch cabinet is widely used in power plants, substations , factories, mines, petroleum, chemical, high-rise buildings and other power distribution sites.

Product features
The main frame is molded by pressing C-type aluminum-zinc sheet metal forming, is whole assembly structure. Structure is compact, can operate on the positive side, also can be on the opposite side, protective level of casing is IP3X.
Each function chamber is isolated from each other, divided into function unit chamber, bus-bar chamber and cable chamber. The role of each chamber is relatively independent.
Horizontal main bus-bar adopts laid flat after cabinet â?�arrangement method, to enhance the ability of bus-bars anti-electric, then aid the main power lines gain the capability of bearing high short-circuit strength.
Drawers can be designed to 1/4 1/22 3, these five standard drawer unit, drawer unit is equipped with mechanical interlock devices. Use high-strength flame- retardant engineering plastics to form, with high security.
Switch cabinet has two outlet types: right outlet and rear outlet

Our company dry type transformer is made of epoxy resin and adopts foreign advanced technology and cad design.  the core is manufactured with high quality cold rolled grain-oriented silicon steel and steps overlapping structure is also adopted for the core design, thus to greatly reduce no-load loss.  winding is manufactured with high quality epoxy resin, coil casting process is completed by automatic vacuum casting equipments. The epoxy resin is with characteristics of good penetrability and no bubbles, so its partial discharging volume is small. Dry-type transformers with advantages of strong overload ability, good thermal stability, small size, light weight, easy to install, exemption from maintenance can be widely used in high-rise buildings, commercial centers, airports, railway stations, docks, subways, factories and underground distribution stations.

Our factory h grade non-encapsulated insulation three-phase dry type transformer is manufactured with nomex insulation material which approbated by ul, and has many advantages of safe, reliable, energy-saving, fire-proof, explosion-proof, easy to maintain. Its design is advanced, structure is reasonable, appearance is pretty. Meanwhile, its main performance are superior to domestic standards, such as partial discharging level, no-load loss, with-load loss, low noise and can work under conditions with high damp, etc. It can be installed in areas with large load, be suitable for high-rise buildings, airports, railway stations, docks, subways, hospitals, electricity factories and so on.
Characteristics of h grade non-encapsulated dry type transformer:
1, the elaborate designed coil structure and vacuum immersed treatment enablesg(b)10 transformer partial discharging volume be very small, less than or equal to 5pc. No crack performance will be found during the whole service life, and its insulation level will be kept as good as beginning .
2.The high voltage part adopts continuous wire winding. Lv foil winding, vacuum immersed, curing processed and high strength ceramics supporting, with fine withstandcapability to paroxysmal short-circuit current
3.Flame resisting, flameproof, nontoxic, self-extinguishing, fireproof.
4. When burn in high temperature and open fire, almost no fume will be produced
5. Insulation level of the transformer is h gradeâ 
6.The insulation layer is very thin, with strong shorttime over load capability, needlessof forced cooling, can be overloaded for 120% for long term and 140% for 3 hours.
As this kind of insulation material has elasticity and will not be aged, it can be full loaded at once under suitable conditions.

SGB (DGB) series three-phase (single-phase) dry-type, isolating, voltage transformer is a multi-coil (double coil and above) structure voltage transformer, the primary and secondary windings are insulated from each other. Its transformation ratios are of fixed and tapping type, which enable voltage bucking and boosting. It can also electrically isolate input and output windings from each other to avoid risks of simultaneous access to electrified body (or electrified metal parts due to insulation damage) and ground hazard. Besides, it also has certain inhibiting effect of various kinds of interference.
