Installation and commissioning

1.Solve the smoke problem charcoal grilled fish
we are familiar with most of the fish appeared in the night street food stalls ,a rectangular fish furnace ,a big fan, the air is filled with smoke smell fish .

Ethanol alcohol distillation column
1. It is standard 95-96% alcohol equipment. Also it can distill pure water.
2.The distillation system has  three columns  and  continuous  distillation  process.The process is the  same as industrial(large scale) alcohol equipment.
 Mash distillation  column distills  fermented  mash or light alcohol  to 50% alcohol ethanol .
It has red copper bubble cap trays, standard design. It auto continuously feeds material liquid, auto continuously produces 50% alcohol ethanol and auto continuously discharges waste,  ethanol discharge in waste 0.05%, better than international standard requirements.
The first rectification distillation  column  increases  alcohol degree  to 70-75% ,  separates  fusel oil and high boiling point  Impurities.  It auto discharges waste water,  ethanol discharge in waste 0.05%, better than international standard requirements.
The second rectification distillation  column  increases alcohol degree to 95%,  separates low boiling point  impurities  like acetaldehyde and methanol .
3.  The rectification system uses  industrial(large scale) standard process, but the whole set alcohol equipments are installed in one frame, like integration  module, even  you can run it by a button.

DAILY: South-central China Scrap Price Stable, Supply-demand Standoff Continues
Prices of scrap remained broadly stable in South-central China on Monday. 6-10mm HMS stayed at 2650-2700 yuan/t in Henan; 2630-2680 yuan/t in Hubei and Hunan; 2660-2710 in Guangdong.
According to SteelHome survey, traders were inactive in low-price sales. In addition, the large consumption supported the price to perform sturdily in these areas.
Currently, the supply-demand standoff continues.
SteelHome considers that scrap price may keep stable in the short run by and large.

DAILY: East China Scrap Price Broadly Stable, Eye on Peak Steel Order Season
Prices of scrap remained broadly stable in East China on Thursday, but up by 30 yuan/t in some areas. 6-10mm HMS stays at 2730-2780 yuan/t in Jiangsu; at 2760-2810 yuan/t in Shandong; at 2730-2780 yuan/t in Fujian; up 30 yuan/t to 2730-2780 yuan/t in Anhui.
Currently, traders are optimistic about the further market developments as the rebar futures price and semis price rose lately. Meanwhile, September is the peak sales period for steel products in China.
According to SteelHome survey, the volume of scrap arrivals at some Chinese steel mills decreased from the week before.
SteelHome considers that prices of scrap may edge up amid fluctuations in the short run.
