Yts is series drum screen consists of drum, belt driving device, catch wheel, drawing wheel, vat, inlet trough, spravy pipe, etc.While the screening drum rotates, pulp is conveying forword to the drum cylinder by screw flight.By gravity, accept and fine impurities passing though 8-14mm screening slots enter the vat.The fiber adhered to the impurities retained on screen plate is pushed forward to the end by screw flight.The fiber adhered to the impurities is wash off by fan nozzles in order to prevent fiber loss with impurities discharging.

1. The pressure screen adopts the structure design of the bottom, bottom discharge slag and top row slag, which effectively solves the above problems. Light impurities and the air in the slurry naturally rise to the top discharge outlet, the heavy impurities enter the body to the bottom out. In this way, on the one hand, it can effectively shorten the residence time of impurities in the sieve area, reduce the possibility of impurity circulation, and improve the screening efficiency. On the other hand, it can prevent the damage caused by heavy impurities to the rotor and sieve drum, and prolong the service life of the equipment.
2. Structural characteristics
