1. Usage and characteristics
4D Vibration damper is composed of two different weight hammers stranded galvanization steel wire with high elasticity and high-intensity, and aluminum alloy clamp.
The 4D series Vibration dampers we provided are Stock-bridge Tuning Fork, with four resonant frequencies, the frequency range is from 3Hz to 150Hz. with wide frequency range, the 4D vibration damper can highly consume vibration energy, and effectively dissipate the energy caused by cable Aeolian vibration, reduce cable vibration horizontal, extend the cable service life.
Vibration Damper can be installed on both OPGW and ADSS cable. Armor rods are needed when it is installed on OPGW and ADSS cable.
Armor rods are also called Vibration damper hyperactive rods. Because of the concentrated stress, vibration damper will cause some damages to the cable. the armor rods provide proper stress distribution on the optical cable and protect the cable.

TID POWER insulated cross-arm connecting rod is made of highstrength epoxy insulated pipe, and the metal parts at both ends are locked on the insulating pipe by pressing process, so the tensile
strength is high. The connecting rod of the insulating cross-arm is mainly used for connecting the tension tool and the cross-arm when the wire is tightened.

The wire pre-connecting insulating mounting rod is mainly used to fasten the lead line on the main lead line when the lead line is connected in live operation, which reduces the operation risk
caused by the sloshing of the lead line and the lead line when the lead line is fixed in the clamp, easy and fast operation, high security.
When working, just put the drain wire into the wire clip at the lower part of the operating head of the mounting rod in advance, tighten the screw to lock the wire, then hang the installation on the main wire, and then pull the mounting rod down, the lower part of the operating head of the installation bar will move up to the main line, and then clockwise screw the installation bar, the top of the drainage line clamp will lock the main line. After installing the clamp connecting the main lead to the drain line, the gun operator can be used to loosen the drain line by twisting the clamp lock ring of the lock drain line on the mounting rod.
Then turn the mounting rod counterclockwise, loosen the locking mechanism of the mounting rod on the main lead wire, and push the mounting rod upward. The wire clamp at the lower part of the operating head of the mounting rod will move down, loosen the clamping on the main lead wire, and withdraw the mounting rod, live wire connection work completed.
