Application range:We produced an inert alumina ceramic ball with high strength, high chemical stability and thermal stability properties, it can be high temperature, high pressure and acid, alkali, salt corrosion and various organic solvents widely used in petroleum, chemical , fertilizer, natural gas and environmental protection industries, as the reactor catalyst support and covering material, can be buffered into the reactor catalyst solution and the gas impact, protecting the catalyst in the reactor and improve the distribution of liquid and gas.
The ceramic eyelet is the most commonly used component for the wire passing, and it is used in the wire passing position of the coil winding machine and the textile machinery. In order to reduce the cost, according to the requirement, we will divide the polish degree in to rough polishing process (Ra 0.8), precision polish (Ra 0.4) and the ultra-precision polish (Ra0.2).
