Both seller and buyer sign this contract.
2) After signing the contract, the seller must take comprehensive samples from the prepared goods in duplicate, with one copy sent by the seller to the local laboratory for testing and the other one sent to the buyer for testing.The seller must guarantee the quality of the goods are the same with the sample sent to buyer's company for testing.
3) If the sample test result meets the buyer's requirements,the seller needs to book the containers as soon as possible.
4) After packing each batch of goods in bags, the seller will take photos and videos of the ready goods and send them to the buyer, and then move the goods to the loading port. The buyer shall entrust SGS or CCIC to the loading port as soon as possible for inspection.
5) Before loading the goods into containers, the buyer will inform CCIC or SGS company to have a composite sample testing of the goods with seller at the loading port together Sampling while loading the goods into containers).The CCIC or SGS testing fees will be paid by the seller. Each of the bags will be sampled and mix the sample by CCIC or SGS company, and the sample is in quadruplicate; the buyer and seller shall have one, the CCIC or SGS company shall get one for testing, and the other one shall be sealed. All the containers must be sealed by CCIC or SGS company.And CCIC or SGS test report must be responsible for the whole shipments not only samples.The CCIC or SGS need send one sealed sample to buyer immediately after sampling. Buyer entrusts CCIC or SGS to inspect the cargo at loading port,SGS or CCIC has to issue the invoice to buyer,but the CCIC or SGS fees is on seller's cost.
6. After the cargo has been sampled and sealed at the loading port,CCIC or SGS should conduct the expedited analysis on Cu% first. It is necessary to wait for the third-party expedited results to be released. After the buyer confirms that the content meets the requirements, the final shipping date will be confirmed with the freight forwarder.
7 If the expedited analysis is lower than the contract requirements, the buyer has the right to refuse this batch of goods. The seller shall promptly cooperate in unloading and returning the containers,. Any economic losses caused by the seller's delay shall be borne by the seller.
8) Once the seller get the Bill of Lading, the seller should immediately inform shipping company Telex Release the Bill of Lading to buyer and send other all shipping documents to buyer's email.The Seller shall bear all the extra cost caused by the delay in delivery of the Bills of Lading.
9) After the buyer get the CCIC or SGS testing report and submit all the documents listed on Clause 7 DOCUMENTS FOR TT PAYMENT, the buyer will pay 70%TT based on the CCIC or SGS testing report at loading.
