NM-5T is a pelletized formulation with 50% UHMW Siloxane polymer dispersed in EVA resin .It is an upgraded version of our Anti-wear agent NM-5 with a better quality Siloxane . Particularly developed for EVA or EVA compatible resin system to improve the processing
properties and surface quality. With NM-5T , properties like liquidity, mold release, dispersion
abrasion & scratch resistance are highly improved . Suitable for EVA / PVC shoes sole , cable compounds and some other EVA products .

How to use :
Addition levels between 0.5~5.0% are suggested . It can be used in classical melt blending process like Twin screw extruders, injection molding. A physical blend with neat polymer compounds is recommended .
