Recycled polyester staple fibers are made from only plastic waste. The resulting fibers are of stable quality and are often a directly subsitute for virgin fibers.
Low Melt polyester staple fiber, which is produced by bicomponent spinning of general polyester and modified polyester, can be melted at lower temperature than normal fiber and bonded with other fibers.
Cotton type fibers have high strength low elongation and good spinning properties.It is suitable for ring spinning,rotor spinning and vortex spinning.It can be processed into pure polyester yarn,cotton-polyester blended yarn,polyester-viscose blended yarn and other yarns.
Hollow fibers have good resilience and warmth retention property.It can be proessed into loose cottom,pear cotton,hard cotton,non-collodion cotton etc.These products have been widely used for making home textiles clothing,sofa,plush toys,hygienic materials and other daily necessities.
