Most common, only liquid and non-hazardous products can be load into flexitank. Maximum capacity of flexitank: 24000 litre and design to be carried with 20 ft container. Flexitank construction consist of 5 layer: 1 contact layer, 3 secondary layer and outer protection. Outer protection is the layer which has direct contact with inside container's wall and contact layer is a layer which has direct contact with delivered items. Shipping container liners enable products to be transported without the possibility of the contents becoming contaminated, and prevent products from contaminating the shipping container.
Container Liner forms a clean, dry and protective shield between the product and the floor and walls of the container. The Liner Bag is designed and suitable for 20ft, 30ft, 40ft, 45ft container to be used as a low-cost alternative to TANK/Big Bag/Small Bag to pack and transport of free-flowing bulk products. Such as dry granules or powder of chemicals and other products. After discharging, the Container Liner is simply removed and recycling. Keep the container clean and free of residue and the contamination for the next loading products.
Container liners are manufactured by using laminated PP fabric, providing inlet, outlet along with air vent based on the customer requirement. These container liners also custom made with providing hooks, Velcro, attachment etc. to help the filling discharge activities. They are also made completely contamination free and every liner is vacuum cleaner before packing.
