1. Operational Principle
PSA nitrogen generation adopts carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent whose capacity of adsorbing the oxygen in air shall be larger more than of adsorbing the nitrogen in air. By means of valve opened and closed with PLC, two columns a&b can be shifted in circulation for pressured adsorption,de-pressured dis-adsorption in turn so as to separate the oxygen and nitrogen in air, thus a nitrogen gas with purity demanded can be made.

Nitrogen is used in short-circuit, large-scale integrated circuit, color and black & white picture tubes, parts of TV sets and recorders, semiconductors manufacturing, electrical equipments as well as laser drilling and other electrical components as protective atmosphere.

The dried and cleaned compressed air is fed into one or more membrane modules, each of which is composed of several millions of the hollow fiber. The diameter of each fiber is as long as the hair of human being. Various gases in the air (78% nitrogen, 21% oxygen and 1% Argon) have their different permeation rate when they pass through the wall of the membrane. Therefore, oxygen, water vapor and argon etc. which is under the effect of pressured air flow, permeates fast through the wall of the membrane then dried nitrogen may be produced. Nitrogen from the terminal of the membrane is sent to the using point.

Nitrogen is used in steel making converter & roof of blast furnace as sealing gas and in Converter pulverized coal injection, continuous casting, rolling, steel annealing, stress elimination, aging, quenching heating, carburization, nitrocarburizing, vacuum hardening etc. as heat treatment gas resource. Nitrogen is used in welding and powder metallurgy sintering process as protective gas as well as cleaning and diluting gas.

The ozone tube of this equipment introduces the most advanced technology of hufo in Germany, adopts the nano-ceramic glass medium imported from Germany, and the dielectric constant is higher than that of enamel and ceramic. The wall thickness is uniform and the ellipticity is accurate.
