Wanshenshan factory covers an area of 12359 square meters with the office of 1994.72 square meters. Besides, the factory has a class 100,000 clean workshop, equipped with a nuber of high-tech production equipment, as well as an ethylene oxide sterilization room and an aeration room. At the same time, according to the requirements of domestic and foreign product standards, a high standard physical and chemical lab, a hundred level purification lab and a class 100,000 microbial limit test room were established. All kinds of testing equipment are fully equipped, including dust particle counter, gas chromatograph, airflow resistance tester, constant temperature incubator, tensile machine and other testing equipment, which can do all the tests required for the products.
Wanshenshan factory is equipped with 80 fully automatic mask production lines which are the most advanced in China, including 27 flat mask produciton lines, 52 foldable mask production lines and 1 3D protective mask production line. The daily production capacity of all kinds of masks can reach 5.1 millon pcs, which including 2 million pcs flat mask, 2.5 million pcs foldable masks and 600000 pcs 3D protective masks.
The disposable medical face mask and surgical mask of Wanshenshan has been registered in CE of EU, FDA of USA and TGA of Australia. The EU CE registration of FFP2 filtering protective mask is in process at the Notified Body 0598.
Wanshenshan has a professional logistics team, which can provide 24/7 delivery service. Professional personnel can efficiently operate multiple a variety of modes of transport by land, sea and air. On-site monitoring service for facotry, airport and seaport, in order to make sure the safety of goods, effective loading. Special person is responsible for customs clearance to ensure the smooth transportation of goods.
