4. Supplier Views Sales & Purchase Agreement sealed By Both Parties and Supplier Send Partial Proof of
Product to Buyer,
5. Supplier sends to Buyer the Attestation Act of Transfer Agreement, Buyer signs and returns and obtains the
Allocation Passport Certificate [APC]
6. Shipping Company presents the booking vessel Q88 for the both parties involved, Leading the verification of
the vessel, Supplier immediately proceed with the shipping payment to enable to start loading of the product
upon arrival of the vessel at loading port.
7. Upon the confirmation of the payment, Supplier sends via Express Courier the registered Hard Copies of the
Contract, Partial POP to the Buyer through our Governmental Courier Service.
8. Immediately buyer receiving the Hard Copies Contract, Buyer directly submit Hard Copies Contract and POP
to their bank to permit the Supplier & Buyer bank to open a bank-to-bank communication.
9. The Supplier bank in 3 (Three) banking days after receipt of contract hard copy provides the full POP
documents issued to the name of the Buyer and 2% Performance Bond (P.B), for adequate to DLC, IRDLC, BG
or SBLC MT760 period, which automatically activates the Buyer's DLC, IRDLC, BG or SBLC MT760.
10. Supplier instructs their bank to release the Full POP and shipping documents to buyer along with the 2%
Performance Bond (PB):
11. Shipment will commence according to terms and conditions of the Contract and accordingly to the agreed
Delivery Schedule.
12. Seller's bank release the commission to the mandates and intermediaries

Transaction Procedure for Aluminium Ingot A7
Contract Signing:
The Seller sends a draft contract to the Buyer. The Buyer reviews, fills in required details, suggests amendments if necessary, signs, and returns the signed copy to the Seller. The Seller then countersigns and returns the fully executed contract to the Buyer.
Inspection of Aluminium Ingots:
The Buyer or their appointed representative visits the Sellerâ??s warehouse or factory to conduct a physical inspection and verification of the Aluminium Ingots A7.
Initial Deposit Payment (20%):
Upon successful inspection, the Buyer makes a 20% T/T deposit payment to the Seller, initiating packing, palletizing, marking, and shipment preparations.
Preparation & Shipment:
The Seller prepares the Aluminium Ingots as per contract specifications, securely packaged on pallets, and arranges logistics. The shipment is completed within 20 working days from deposit confirmation.
Issuance of Shipping Documents:
After shipment departure, the Seller provides the Buyer with the complete set of original shipping documents, including:

Packing List
Certificate of Origin
Bill of Lading (B/L)
SGS or equivalent quality inspection certificate (purity â?¥ 99.7%)
The Buyer verifies these documents carefully.
Final Payment (80%) via Irrevocable & Transferable LC:
Upon arrival of the Aluminium Ingots at the destination port, the Buyer or their authorized third-party inspection agency conducts a final quality and quantity verification. After successful inspection, the Buyer releases the remaining 80% payment through an Irrevocable & Transferable Letter of Credit (LC).
Goods Clearance and Reception:
After LC settlement, the Buyer arranges customs clearance at the destination port, handles import procedures, pays duties, and receives the Aluminium Ingots shipment.
