Its composition is very complex, with high content of harmful substances and a certain degree of stickiness. After the mechanical filter, the sludge moisture content is still as high as 75 ~ 85%. However, the organic components in printing and dyeing sludge is very high. The calorific value of dry sludge can reach 2000kcal/kg, about 30% - 50% coal. With considerable energy use value, the dry sludge can be mixed with coal as boiler fuel, resulting in economic benefits. ZJN Drying equipment can maximize this benefits.

The purpose of animal feed drying is to remove the excess water from the feed stock for easy to pack, transport, store, process and use.

In view of the animal feed is high humid and viscous, we designed Rotary Harrow Rolling Triple Stage & Multiple-loop Drying Equipment. It uses unique design concept and truly energy saving technology. With the 1 + 3 = 6 three cylinders technology, 3 * 6 = 36 S Type material moving processes, 6 - 3 = 1 fast air exhausting way and Moving forward 3 steps and backward 2 Reciprocating drying method, the dryer operating like a Smart Robot. In the operation of moving forward, backward, directing, conversing, raising, turning, the material contacts with the hot air efficiently, thereby being dried quickly and evenly. Dry material will be discharged into star type unloader, then unload on conveyor for next operation (mixing, cooling and package). The whole process is automatically and controlled by PLC. Equipment operation only need 1-2 people per shift.

This drying equipment can also be used for drying forage, distillers grain, cassave residues/pulp, corn pulp, potato dregs, soy sauce residue, soybean wastes, fruit pomace, zymophyte dregs etc. The finished production is very good raw material of organic feed for animals.

How it Works

Hot air is generated by wood/ Briquettes. Material is conveyed by screw at feeding point. Material is spreaded by lifters in horizontal shell. Hot air is sucked by fan through shell in the presence of wet material. With the rotation of cylinder, the material flow down to the lower end with the effect of gravity and discharge after drying, at end point material comes out with the help of cyclone & Rotary valve with required moisture. Evaporated moisture goes in atmosphere by sucking fan.
Various models of Rotary Dryer are available basis on Moisture content and production requirements. Complete System of Rotary Dryer is automated where moisture content is adjustable.
After the damp raw material is put into the dryer from one end, it is turned over through string-up rake inside the cylinder and distributed uniform in the dryer and contacted with counter current hot air fully.

It speeds up heat and mass conducting of dry. During the period of dry raw material is effected by stirring-up rake with gradient and hot air. It can be moved and passed through the dry region and to star valve and then discharge the finished product.
During the Drying Process, the best moisture content to pellet and briquette is about 13-15% and 11-12%, the function of the Rotary Dryer is to make the crushed pieces with suitable moisture.
