Mud Cleaner is the mud cleaning equipment combination of desander,desilter hydrocyclone and an underflow shale shaker.

Hydrocyclones is also called cyclone separator.Hydrocyclones include hydrocyclone desander(10 in. cone) and hydrocyclone desilter(4 in. cone),which used to separate sand and silt from the drilling fluid.
A hydrocyclone has two exits on the axis: the smaller on the bottom (underflow or reject) and larger at the top (overflow or accept). The underflow is generally the denser or thicker fraction, while the overflow is the lighter or more fluid fraction. Centrifugal pump is used to pump the drilling fluids from mud tank into the set of hydrocyclones.

cyclone unit can be equipped with automatic control system to set parameters for black metal, non-ferrous metals, coal, industrial minerals, non-metallic minerals and building materials. It also checks and adjusts the liquid level of pump tank, slurry flow, outlet pressure, slurry concentration, and motor rotation speed to ensure the indexes are within optimal range.

Brief introduction
LZ sand washing & recycling machine is based on sand washer and sand recycling system main tech, we make it a compact multiple function sand washer. It is widely used for crushed sand, river sand, lake sand or sea sand washing, screening, recycling and dewatering.
Working principle
*Washing: The bucket is driven by the motor through the reducer and rotates in circle. There are many sand storage web grooves and bucket screen for sand storage and primary dewatering. When the bucket moves , sand can be put out by sand storage web groove after being cleaned in the cleaning tank and primary dewatered on the bucket screen.
*Recycling: Flowing slurry water is extracted by slurry pump, fine sand is collected by the centrifugal force of the cyclone, then fed to the polyurathane screen from the apex spray. The 0.16-3mm fine sand and water are efficiently separated through the vibration screen.
*Dewatering: coarse sand (3-10mm) and fine sand(0.16-3mm) are fed onto polyurathane vibrating screen for dewatering.
