These self-luminous road studs and delineators are highly durable devices, providing day and night visibility in adverse weather conditions. These are reflector type road stud offering a long response time and reflect light from vehicles headlight back to the driver's eye. They are used to provide distinct outline of pavement markings during poor visible conditions under fog and bad weather conditions. The fluorescent part is made of nano - fluorescent material. The greatest convenience is that they dont need any electric power or solar panel. Only with light, not even the sunshine, it can also absorb the daylight and storage it in the polymer material made part. Till the night, it shines out and guide the drivers for road safety. For further usage of warning purpose, LED solar road stud can also be combined with self-luminous function so that it provides drivers double safety guarantee.

Procedures and precautions for installation of road stud.
1.Environment: keep the ground clean, out of water and dust. The ground must be dry.
2.Drill hole on the ground: drill holes according to the distance of the two holes on the road stud. Then put the road stud on and make holes to holes match and clear the dust.
If the spike is with anchor, then drill a hole 5mm deeper than the anchor to put it into the hole. And also need to put some glue into the hole.
3.Ratio of resin glue: make it 1:1 with the A and B type of resin glue. It will dry faster in summer than winter.
4.Apply glue: use a tool to take 5g glue and put it on the bottom of the road stud. Then put the road stud immediately on the ground. Finally install the screws.
5.Inspection: inspect whether the bottom is empty or not in case the glue comes out.
6.Time of solidification: it takes one day in winter and half day in summer.
