For proven quality of our sand resin casting parts , we have our own casting workshop which is outfitted with a resin sand casting line.With annual production capacity of 5000 ton.The casting line is mainly made up of one set of 1 ton intermediate frequency furnace, two set of 2 ton medium frequency furnace, one set of 4 ton holding furnace.It is dedicated to produce custom sand castings with maximum dimension of 2200*2200*1500 and maximum net weight of 4000kg.
Additionally , we have a spectrographic lab and a mechanical lab.The labs are equipped with a series of testing equipment to ensure integrity of cast parts.Included are the spectrum analyzer, tension tester, magnetic defector detector, ultrasound flaw detector , hardness tester, and the foundry sand testing equipment.
