The device combines series & parallel thyristor, professional insulating material imported with original packing and modern power & electric control technology, which is applicable to large and medium high voltage soft starting equipments with motor.

The soft starter of air-conditioning TL-ASSU220P3 is an embedded air-conditioning controller.It regulates the start-up voltage and current of the compressor intelligently by utilizing advanced micro-control technology of SCM,and effectively reduces the instantaneous current and power of the compressor while starting-up,thus protects the compressor and prolongs its life.Simultaneously,it also depresses the shock while air-conditioning starting up in the power supply network.

The most important feature of our product is it can control the highest launching transient current of air conditioner to be about 2 times as great as its rated current.never exceed 3 times.It can effectively protect air conditioner compressor, extend its service time. Additionally, when it detects the compressor couldn't start because of the imbalance of pressure,it will protect the compressor, then restart after 90 seconds.So then effectively prevents the compressor from overburning for failure start.

5)operating principle:
For wound rotor asynchronous motor, when the grid voltage and frequency are invariant,
the connection of the starting resistor to the rotor loop will reduce the starting current and get a larger starting torque.

putting special compound electrolyte into the rotor loop of the controlled winding motor as the liquid resistance, when the stator receive the signal of the motor starting, it will change the location of the electrolyte automatically, so as to reduce the resistance value gradually. when the resistance reached the minimum level, the sensor closed and motor rotor star connected directly, then the equipment start smoothly with a low current, large torque.
