I believe that you are not unfamiliar with the brick - burning machine, which is convenient for construction workers, so how to debug the machine after installation?
Now we are going to hand over the transfer of the machine:
1. Adjust the clearance between the scraper and the bottom plate of feeding mechanism, and should not be more than 2mm.
2. Adjust the gap between the bottom surface of the feeding mechanism and the large plate should not be greater than 0.5mm.
3. Adjust the adjusting ring of the upper feeding tube of the feeding mechanism and the clearance between the feeding plate and the feeding plate 0.5-mm.
4, adjust the altitude, make out bricks, mold surface should be higher than the disk 1 ã?? (allowing surface with a thin iron in orbit and support).
5. Adjust the eccentric shaft of the brick mechanism so that it can press out the required bricks.
6. Adjust the spherical eccentric shaft on the pull rod, gasket and crankshaft mechanism of the rotary disc mechanism to make it automatically stuck to the air travel, the distance is not greater than 3mm.
7. Adjust the adjusting nut on the vertical axis to keep the plane of the bearing template parallel to the surface of the rotary plate and leave 1-1.5mm gap.
