PAYMENT TERMS:
Payment will be made by Irrevocable without recourse Confirmed Transferable Letter of credit at
sight for 100% with shipment of 200000MTons for CIF BUSAN KOREAN a Seaport against shipping
documents.
The Irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight shall be opened at the Buyerâ??s Expense with an
International Bank either from GCC / Germany within Ten (10) days after signing of Contract for the
first shipment with the following conditions: I Non-Negotiable; II 10% more or less in quantity and
amount are acceptable.
Full set of clean shipped on-Board Ocean Bills of Lading (B/L) made out to order of issuing Bank and
Marked â??Freight Pre-Paidâ?? and notify applicant: -
