Color coated aluminum coil is aluminum coil after cleaning, coating, and baking. Surface of aluminum coil can be painted to any color.
Customers can choose colors from RAL color card more than 1000 colors, also wooden grain, marble stone grain, embossed, gloss, mirror, colorful etc. Any colors we can make as customers.
Aluminum coil/strip can be widely used in ceiling system. Decorative ceiling for house or market, U-shape ceiling, square groove panels, aluminum gusset plate, cell ceiling , etc.
PVDF Coated: Coated Aluminum Coil features with super durability and weather resistance,and better properties to anti-acid,anti-alkali,keeping more than 15 years without fading in using as external wall cladding.
PE Coated: It can be classified matt and glossy according to the colors. The compact molecule structure assure paint surface Iuster and smooth,and assures good painting on the panel surface. With an warranty of 8-10 years for weather resistance,it is specially applied to internal decoration and sign aborad.
Quality Control
We have 4 color coating lines, 2 slitter lines and 2 embossing lines. we also have one new production line of protective film.
We have advanced production facilities, use superior coating and aluminum alloy.
We exported 8 sets automatic production line for color coated aluminum coilline from Germany.
The product process include wining- skimming- cleaning- neutralization/removal of light- cleaning- passivation and chromizing- drying- coating- backing- cooling- unwinding.

Standard seaworthy export packing, wooden pallets with plastics protection for the sheet/plate;
15-20MT can be loaded into 20'container and 40'container;
The other packing can be made based on the customer requirement.
