JZC350 Mini portable diesel concrete mixer is a kind of bipyramid reversal discharging mixer machine; the drum is driven with the gear; during working, It is mixing in positive rotation and discharging in reversal revolution. It can mix the plastic and half-dry hard concrete. It is applicable to the common construction working site, road, bridge and each kind of precast product factory.

Applications & Features
This machine is used for mixing plastic and low-fluidity concrete, each time stirring 0.35m³ concrete (refer to the volume after tamping), production rate is 12~14m³/h, applying to most small and medium construction projects, roads, bridges, water conservancy and the concrete plants.
This machine is a bipyramid reversal discharging self-loading concrete mixer, the mixing drum's forward rotation is mixing, reverse rotation is discharging. The machine has the benefits of simple structure, reliable, good mixing quality, high efficiency, light weight, and easy manipulation of maintenance, so it is more advanced models of concrete mixers. Because outfitting with a diesel-powered engine, it is more applicable to the remote areas and the wild which have no electric power supply.

Vertical two-way mixer concrete mixer machine
Vertical two-way mixer adopts mixing arm with vertical bidirectional stirring. It has the advantage of mixing uniformly, short stirring time, high efficiency. The mixing paddle adopts alloy material which can reduce maintenance cost and increase service life. Mixing device is in the upper end of the mixer, compared with the ordinary JS500 mixer, completely avoid the problem of shaft end leakage. It is widely used in high-speed rail, highway, cement products and other industries.

The pump feeding system contains the weighing & measurement system, walking system, electronic control system; and it consists of concrete pump, weighting cart, auto-moving cart, etc.;

Feeding concrete into mould of concrete pile & pole evenly via the co-ordinated control system;

The concrete feeding capacity is about 60m3 per hour.

Summary:
Automatic precast concrete hollow blocks machine is designed reasonable in structure, easy for operation and maintenance, durable with high speed productivity, by which forming slabs are smooth in surface, compact in high intensity. Random cutting for any length (according to standard), flexible combination of the slab can satisfy various kinds of floor construction. This prestressed hollow core slab can simplify the construction framework. It also can reduce the bearing load of walls and beams to increase the usage area and decrease the construction cost.
When producing, firstly place the steel wire on the producing bed and tensioning according to the tensioning value. Then adjust the slab machine, feed the necessary concrete into the hopper of the slab machine, after a processing of pushing and high frequency vibrate to form the slab. When it up to standard strength after curing, the slab can be cut into needed size and stored.
Working principle:
This kind of machine is used to feed concrete into a die by means of a slide block is reciprocation along the steel tendon and compact concrete into a designed form by extrusion on a bed box in open air or a workshop ,under the operation of external vibration,surface press polish,the formed concrete is completed.
