CSX series cylindrical cross roller bearing is similar to CRB series. The two separable outer rings are connected by circlips.

Thus, the bearing housing and presser flange can be lightweight. It is optional for areas where the swiveling units need to be lightweight. The bronzes that are common in sugar mills have a recommended maximum bearing pressure of up to 100 MPa for phosphor bronze and 50 MPa for tin-bronzes. The purpose of a ball bearing is to reduce rotational friction and support radial and axial loads.
