F-grade DMD (6641) polyester film polyester fiber non-woven soft composite material

Features and Applications: Polyester film polyester fiber composite material is a composite material made of polyester film coated with F-grade adhesive on both sides, and polyester fiber nonwoven fabric on both sides. The heat resistance rating is F grade, with good dielectric performance and high mechanical strength, suitable for Y series and J02 series motors, as well as slot and turn to turn insulation in electrical appliances.

Red insulation paper materials

Red insulation paper is a soft composite material made of polyester film coated with adhesive and a two-layer insulation paper made of wood pulp insulation paper on one side.

Description:
This product is made of insulation paper coated by modified epoxy resin in the shape of rhombus. It is widely used for interlayer and turn insulation of oil-immersed transformer and reactors. In the process of coil drying, the agglutinating and solidifying of DDP can bond the coil into a fixed unit. The bonding strength of epoxy resin is sufficient to prevent the displacement of the various layers of the winding in short circuit condition and further ensure the long-term mechanical and electrical properties of insulation structure.
