Brass Tube Fittings are precision-engineered connectors designed to provide secure, leak-free connections between metal or plastic tubes in fluid, gas, and pneumatic systems. Manufactured from high-grade brass, these fittings are known for their durability, corrosion resistance, and reliable performance in demanding industrial and commercial applications.
Key Features:
Made from high-quality forged or machined brass
Suitable for use with copper, nylon, PU, or metal tubes
High-pressure and temperature resistance
Available in metric and imperial sizes
Offered with single/double ferrule (compression type) or flared and push-in designs
Threads available in BSP, NPT, UNF, or custom types
Provides vibration resistance and easy installation without welding or soldering
Applications:
Pneumatic & hydraulic control systems
Gas distribution networks
Fuel and oil pipelines
Refrigeration & HVAC equipment
Instrumentation and process control systems
Water purification and chemical processing
Enriched with vast industry experience, we are involved in offering a qualitative range of Brass Tubes. These tubes are manufactured in accordance with international quality standards by our vendor to ensure accurate dimensions, robust construction, sturdy construction and reliability.
A Copper and Zinc Alloy containing small amount of Arsenic. This is added as an inhibitor against dezincification. The alloy exhibits a good combination of strength and ductility and is commonly selected whenever excellent cold working properties, bright finish and relatively low cost are desirable. Severe environment must be considered to predict corrosion behaviour. The alloy is often used for variety of deep drawn components.
Product application Areas :
Furniture and Architectural Grill Work

Characteristics : A Copper Zinc Alloy containing Aluminium and small amount of Arsenic which is added as an inhibitor against dezincification. Inhibited Aluminium Brass resists the action of high velocity salt and brackish water and is commonly used for condenser tube. The outstanding characteristic of Aluminium Brass is the high resistance to impingement attack. Tubes of this alloy are recommended for use in marine and land power stations where cooling water velocities are high and where inhibited admiralty brass has failed from impingement. Guide to the selection of tube material: Sea Water: a. Dissolved salts more than 2000 ppm.b. Suspended solids more than 30 ppm.c. H2S or Ammonia is less that 1 ppm.Permissible average velocity of water 2.0 - 2.5 metres/sec.
