It would forms inorganic binder and have the smiliar sintering effect with sintering ceramic in at high temperature.When add with antimony sulfide, it can reduce the dosage of organic binder.As a result, the resin dosage in brke pad is only 7%-8% or even lower like 5% to 6% because add the antimony sulphide.
Using antimony sulfide is good for reducing the heat recession of friction coefficient, and for reducing the high temperature wear. Antimony sulfide hardness is low, can reduce the brake noise of brake pads
