The features of 150t/day modern auto rice mill line:
1. This rice processing line can be used to process both long-grain rice and short-grain rice(round rice), suitable to produce both white rice and parboiled rice, high output rate, low broken rate;
2. Use vertical type rice whiteners, high yield bring you high profit;
3. Two water polishers and rice graders will bring you more shining and higher precision rice;
4. The pneumatic rice hullers with auto feeding and adjustment on rubber rollers, higher automation, more easy to operate.
5. Usually use bag type dust collector to collect in high efficiency the dust, impurities, husk and bran during processing, bring you good working environmental; The pulse dust collector is optional;
6. Having high automation degree and realizing continuous automatic operation from paddy feeding to finished rice packing.
The 120T/day modern rice processing line is a new generation rice milling plant for processing raw paddy from cleaning rough impurities such as leaves, straws and more, removing stones and other heavy impurities, husking the grains into rough rice and separating rough rice to polish and clean rice, then grading the qualified rice into different grades for packaging.
The complete rice processing line includes pre-cleaning machine, vibrating sieve cleaner, suction type de-stoner, rice husker, paddy separator, rice whiteners, water mist polisher, rice grader and color sorter, automatic packing machine, main working machines and magnet sorter, conveyors, electrical control cabinet, collecting bins, dust-discharging systems and other accessories, also as per request the steel storage silos and paddy drying machine can be supplied, too.
