In 1988, dhhi designed and manufactured the 320t torpedo ladle car independently, which was the biggest in china at that time, for shanghai baosteel group corporation. In 1989, dhhi independently developed the 320t tubular ladle car and obtained the national patent. Dhhi is able to manufacture 150t380t series ladle cars through many years of practice, accumulation and continuous innovation and improvement. The crane adopts horizontal displacement compensator of block and slewing ring with fixed column. The hoisting, slewing, luffing mechanisms be operated individually or jointly.
The slewing support structure of the crane adopts ball bearings type. The driving unit of slewing structure consists of vertical motor, planetary gear trunk, big gear ring ect. The limit moment coupling against accidental knock when the crane is slewing.
