Block Ice Machine

Mainly used for food processing and chemical industries, sea water liquid ice machine is mainly used for fish boats, tube ice machine and ice cube maker are mainly used for humman consumption.

As conventional way to produce block ice is mainly from brine system, first you have to freeze the brine water, then put the ice can into the brine tank, then take out the ice can for harvesting block ice after 20 hours or more. This system is complicate and you have to do a lot of civil work.
Our new system is using aluminum plate as ice can, the refrigerant will be evaporated inside the aluminum plate so the plate can freeze ice making water quickly. This is the compact system and it is plug-ready and built for tropical conditions and coastal climate.

In order to cater to the different demands fro the market, we have developed various ice blocks from 5kgs to 50kgs in weight (5kgs/10kgs/15kgs/20kgs/25kgs/30kgs/40kgs/50kgs); and the ice producing time many vary from 2hrs to 8hrs (2hrs/3hrs/4hrs/6hrs/8hrs)

2. Saltwater agitator makes the saltwater flow cyclically.
3. Water in ice moulds. Frozen.
Saltwater in brine tank cooled with refrigeration system running and saltwater flow cycling, which makes the water in ice moulds frozen.
4. Melting block ice moulds.
The crane slings up block ice cans (moulds) into ice thawing tank for melting.
5. Remove / harvest ice.
Damp the ice block from ice can with dumper, then store block ice.

Particular design of ice thawing tank and ice dumping unit get easier operation.
The thawing tank is heated by hot gas discharged from the compressor so that it is more energy saving and suitable for low water temperature area.
Modular and integrated design ensures easy for shipment, moving and installation.
