1. Introduction of product performance
The micro column gel filling equipment of blood typing card consists of gel shake-up part, high-precision filling part, driving part and control part.
(1) gel shake-up part: stir the gel back and forth with dc motor until the gel is mixed uniformly, with stirring speed adjustable, and anti-deposition is provided to ensure uniform filling of reagent and filling accuracy.
(2) high-precision filling part: adopt imported filling technology, driven by servo system, and ensure filling accuracy, no liquid leakage and no wall-hanging residual, applicable to multi-channel filling.
(3) driven travelling part: with adoption of vibration-free servo motor, the precise screw rod and guide rail will cooperate with travelling, with high accuracy of repeated travelling positioning, and ensure the filling stud joint is aligned to the hole accurately.
(4) the equipment adopts human-machine interface control and sets the required filling volume freely, which is easy and convenient to operate.
