Steel ball hardness test
Steel ball is generally used Rockwell hardness tester to detect hardness, multi use HRC+ value to express.
1. Bearing steel ball hardness is generally HRC60-66;
2.stainless steel ball hardness is generally about HRC26;
3.carbon steel ball hardness is generally HRC55-65;
4.soft carbon steel ball hardness is about HRC30;
Steel ball roundness tester
G5, G10 high precision steel ball is mainly to measure the degree of ellipticity, that is, the ball spherical error, mainly with a roundness meter to detect. Through its measurement, the computer can draw a very accurate trajectory, so as to determine whether or not the ellipticity.
