1. Improvement of soundproof and anti-crime functions.
The three sides (high side, lock side, and top side) of the Euro champ door are made in flat wind-breaking style and double block structure. Thanks to this special soundproof design for securing a serene and comfortable indoor environment, the door has outstanding soundproof capacity. Also, with a 12mm-thick wing structure that prevents damage to the lock function, it is also equipped with flawless anti-crime capacity.
2. Improvement of insulation and condensation.
When used as a door for an air-conditioning plant room or as a soundproof door, the Euro champ door largely reduces energy-usage and creates a comfortable indoor environment with its soundproof and insulation core inside. By preventing water drops formed from the indoor and outdoor temperature difference, the door stops the formation of mold and bacteria, thereby creating a pleasant environment. Also, it is efficient in preventing condensation with its outstanding air-permeability and insulation.
3. Improvement of design.
The original fire door did not have a favorable design because its windbreaker on the lock reinforcement plate was a ribbed shell slab type. The three sides of the wind-breaking structure of the Euro champ door are made by a flat type, thereby able to be hidden in the doorframe. It is a high-quality door with a clean and elegant design and without any curves on its surface.
