Induction Wads are used to seal containers made of HDPE, PET, PP, and Glass through non-contact induction heating. They provide a tamper-evident, leak-proof, and airtight seal, ensuring product safety and extended shelf life. Widely used in pharmaceutical, food & beverage, cosmetic, chemical, and agro industries.

These wads are made of multiple layers, including aluminium foil, heat-seal coating, and a backing material like pulpboard or foam. Available in both one-piece and two-piece formats, depending on application needs.

Hexagon shape box with two door open from top.Grey paper board box , with magnet at from. Paper name plate at front , paper necking inside of the box as a base to hold the bottle. Hinge by paper board connecting by 45 degree. The front and and side hot stamp effect by high precision mode and very accurate handling.

Such round paper box is by 1 mm tube, covered both outer box and insert , and even tube inside. Lid and base are same height.Top and bottom are with rolled paper edge, could also be flat by different making. The special point is the edge of the wall , and side cut of the necking also covered by black paper , that make the box much more high quality level.
