Formaldehyde free fixing agent SD-5284 is a kind of non-formaldehyde dye fixing powders, which can greatly improve the fabric color fastness for direct dyes and reactive dyes.

Safety:
1 SD-5284 is a kind of non-formaldehyde fixing agent, so there is no
any problem which is caused by formaldehyde.
2 SD-5284 can greatly improve the fastness of fabric in water, hot
water, color fastness to washing and perspiration on the dying of direct dyes and reactive dyes of cellulose fiber and silk.
3 SD-5284 can be used with other synthetic resin in same bath.
Operation:
1 SD-5284 can be used conveniently in standard dyeing equipment use.
Before using SD-5284, the treated fabric must be fully washed, and the dosage of SD-5284 should be decided according to the color depth and fabric types.
2 Firstly, the SD-5284 should be diluted before being used, and
SD-5284 (powder) to water in the ratio 1:25 - 30.
3 The applied way of SD-5284 dipping in bath process
Tint color 1 - 2% (OWF) or
Deep color 2 - 3% (OWF)
The color fixing temperature is 60 degree, fixing time 15-20 minutes, then,
centrifugal drying and drying less than 100 degree.
Padding process:
Tint colors 10-20g/L
Deep color 20-30g/L two times dipping and two times calendaring with normal liquid rate, then drying less than 100 degree.
